Delete your account

You can delete your BoardBali account and its data at any time, on the website or in the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

On the website

Sign in, open My account → Profile, scroll to "Delete account", type your e-mail address and confirm: https://boardbali.com/en/account/profile

In the BoardBali app

Open the Account tab, tap "Delete account" at the bottom, type your e-mail address and confirm.

What is deleted

Your profile, all your listings and their photos, your messages, reviews, favourites, saved searches, notifications, identity documents sent for verification, and the sign-ins of your phones.

Purchases made in the app stay on record at Google Play or the App Store, which process them. For accounting we keep only what was bought, the store order number, the date and the amount, no longer linked to you. Visit statistics are anonymous and are not linked to your account.

Can't sign in any more? Write to atakan.serce4@gmail.com from the e-mail address of your account and we delete it within 30 days.
