Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to boardbali.com and the BoardBali apps. By using BoardBali you agree to them; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to post listings or send messages. You sign in with your Google account, are responsible for everything done with your account and must keep the details on your profile true. One account per person or business.

Listings

You are responsible for what you post: it must be true, legal in Indonesia, yours to offer and in the right section. Listings are reviewed before they go live and may be rejected or removed if they break these rules, are duplicates or misleading. Only your admin-approved phone number is shown to buyers. BoardBali is a place to meet; deals are made directly between users, and we are not a party to them.

What is not allowed

Anything illegal in Indonesia, including drugs, weapons, protected animals and plants, counterfeit goods and unlicensed services; fake, misleading or duplicate listings; asking for payments or deposits for things you cannot deliver; spam, harassment, hate or adult content; posting other people's photos or texts without permission; and collecting data from BoardBali with bots or scrapers or trying to get around its limits.

Dealing with other users

BoardBali is a place to meet; we do not own, inspect or guarantee what is listed, and we are not a party to any deal. See things in person before paying, never send money to someone you have not met, and for property check the title and permits with an independent notary. Report anything suspicious with the "Report" button.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow BoardBali to show, translate, resize and promote it on the site, in the apps and in our own marketing for as long as it is listed. We may edit the category or remove content that breaks these terms.

Paid services

A listing stays live for 30 days, then ends; you can relist it from your account. Each seller can post one free listing per section every 30 days on the website, or two when using the BoardBali app; a relisted listing counts as a new one. Further listings and promotions (Featured, Sponsored, daily bump) can only be bought in the BoardBali app, through Google Play or the App Store, at the price the store shows before you pay. A paid listing still has to pass review. A promotion starts as soon as it is paid and runs for the number of days shown; buying it again adds days, and the listing stays live until the promotion ends.

Refunds of in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple under their own rules, and you can ask them directly. If a listing you paid for is rejected in review, or a promotion could not run because of a fault on our side, write to atakan.serce4@gmail.com and we will help you get your money back. When a purchase is refunded, what it bought is taken back.

Advertising

BoardBali shows sponsored content and ads from Google, always labelled as such. Ads are not endorsements by BoardBali.

Disclaimer and liability

BoardBali is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee that listings are correct or that the service is always online. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may remove listings and suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk. You can delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Nothing in them limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is important we will tell you before it applies. Using BoardBali after that means you accept the new terms.
